Hi everyone:

Next week, midterm grades come out for the third quarter. In your son or daughter's report card, I will be attaching a progress report and friendly letter they wrote on Valentine's Day. I am requesting that you sign the progress report and return it by Friday, March 1, 2013. This will help me know you are helping me montior your child's academic progress and behavior in my classroom.

As some of you probably noticed, I joined Remind 101 (similar to Mr. Grosso). I believe this can be a great communication tool between teachers, students, and parents. I've also updated the links.

Finally, I'm in the process of creating a Schoology.com account. This website will allow students to compete their in-class/homework assignments in a collaborative environment. Your child will have his or her own password unique to the classroom. Parents, I believe there is a section you can join as well.
